Order information — your name, email, and shipping address when you check out, so we can make and deliver your order and email you confirmations.

Payment details — we never see your card. Checkout runs through Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe; it never touches our servers or our email.

Form submissions — your name, email, and anything you choose to send us through the contact and custom-order forms, including uploaded photos and 3D model files.

Technical basics — standard server logs our infrastructure uses to run the site.

We use your information to fulfil and communicate about your order — nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share it with anyone, other than the services that make the shop run: Stripe (payments), Canada Post (delivery), and our email/storage providers (Cloudflare). Each only gets what it needs.

Files you upload stay your property — your photos, drawings, and 3D models are yours, always.

Models and designs PlastiPrint produces — including the ones we create for your custom order — remain PlastiPrint's intellectual property. The printed item is yours with full personal-use rights, and exclusive or commercial rights can be purchased on request.

Financial and order records are kept for six years, as required by Canadian tax law, then securely deleted.

Your uploaded files are kept until your order is complete — and deleted any time on request.

Designs we produced are retained as PlastiPrint's intellectual property.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your personal information — email [email protected] and it will be handled personally, usually within a few days.

The shopping cart uses your browser's local storage to remember what you've put in it — that stays on your device and never reaches us. We run no advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track individuals.
